The New Walnut Table

I had the opportunity to build several pieces of furniture for a local client this summer and one of them was a custom dining table. The client and I went back and fourth with a few different possibilities which is sometimes hard work but with this client was actually a good time. We honed and develop a classic looking table that we both ended up loving, and with the proper lumber picked out for his space (walnut) we made sketch become reality.

The design is simple but strong and uses carefully cut lines to not only make the trestle table base look light but adds the lines that make the design feel like mine.
